Why we built CRAVE Metrics

CRAVE is an AI-powered, multi-touch attribution SaaS platform designed for marketers and their agencies. The platform provides directive intelligence presented as actionable insights. CRAVE also dramatically reduces data aggregation and processing costs and provides visually rich, easy-to-create executive reports. Active users of the CRAVE platform can expect rapid, measurable enhanced ROI on their marketing dollars and simultaneously, substantial reductions in data processing time and cost.

CRAVE was founded by Sean Shoffstall, an advertising leader, marketing data expert and platform developer. His vision was to create a marketer-friendly analytics tool that fills the need for an affordable, easy-to-implement, cross-channel measurement and intelligence platform.  That’s what CRAVE is today. In the future we envision adding the capacity for soft attribution of offline channels such as television and print.

In developing CRAVE, we have created an important new category in marketing technology, the Directive Marketing Intelligence space.  With the proliferation of marketing technologies, CRAVE is filling this under-serviced but important niche.  Unlike “enterprise style” marketing software companies, CRAVE principals have run digital marketing services and data agencies. We understand the challenges brands and their agencies face because we have faced those challenges ourselves.  We are marketers first but with world class development chops.  We believe this DNA makes us and our platform unique, marketer-friendly and easier to use and understand.

CRAVE was founded in 2017 with the product launched in March of 2018.  The company is located in Mill Valley, California and maintains a satellite presence in both New York and Los Angeles.
